This was started as random sailor moon fanart and as a means of learning corel painter IX. To hardcore moonies out there, yes i realize her dress design isnt perfect, but really? why does princess/neo queen serenity have poof sleeves? in anycase, based on the manga design cause its cooler. queen serenity=hearts and shit.

This is fantastic! I've always adored that white dress Serenity wears and this really does it justice! I never really liked the poofy sleeves either.
